Output Tracking
If you have a Title V, Section 510 Abstinence Education Grant Program (AEGP) project we can help you track how many youth you serve, and then produce your federal reports for you (the Unduplicated Count of Youth Served by Age, Gender, and Race/Ethnicity and Program Completion Data by Type of Program) in a single business day if you enter your data into our free spreadsheet! The system could also be used to document program outputs under the new Competitive Abstinence Education (CAE) grant program, and other programs.
Our Output Reporting System
Don’t spend hours tallying an unduplicated count of youth served (by gender * seven different racial categories * 11 different age groups!) or calculating hours of service provided (by gender * each of the 11 age groups).
And don’t spend even more hours calculating attendance and program completion data as well (by gender * by eight different program types).
And finally, don’t waste your time learning to use a complicated data entry system and then slowly entering your participants into a local or online database.
Solution: We’ve developed a Title V AEGP report system (which could also be used for CAE projects) that does all the calculations and produces the reports for you—i.e. the following two reports:
- Unduplicated Count of Youth Served by Age, Gender, and Race/Ethnicity
- Program Completion Data by Type of Program
All you have to do is enter the data into a simple Excel spreadsheet! It’s easy, it’s fast, and you don’t have to take our word for it; you can download the data entry form and try it yourself. If it’s a good solution for you simply email the completed form to us and we will run it through our report generator and send you back the completed reports within one business day. Our current pricing is only $250 per reporting period!
